i wish i knew - i only guess here (being a mac user without any try that made it through to the rendering)
if "download" (right next to the model) doesnt work:
there should be a kind of "export" option to save it as e.g. .obj model - or you may open your model within one of the other 123dapp programs (123d, 123sculpt) and then proceed ...
hope you find a solution - will notify you in case i reach that stage* (*... being able to "3d" and then download ...)
