This is the dragon, living just around the corner from where I live. He is in front of St Woolos Cathedral in Newport, South Wales (UK). A total of 60 Dragons were given to local artists, who painted and decorated them before they were placed all over town. The dragon (no. 52) in question, is named 'Gwynllyw' and has been decorated by the artist Deborah Wheeler. See www.newport.gov.uk/superdragons for more details about the project and read the wikipedia article 'Gwynllyw' for the historic background on the dragon's name. I do like the way 123D Catch managed to apply the surface finish so well, which is important for catching the essence of this particular artwork.
PS. On the very top of the dragon's head, I believe a few faces need corrective action before the model could be used for something like 3D printing. Less important is the appearance of a car image on the front of the base block & the under belly of the dragon....
